Christmas Countdown 21: Christmas Tree #5 - Good Enough to Eat

Video link - see below
Advent Blog : Day 5 - Good Enough to Eat .
Ever over-eaten  at Christmas time?  But have you ever eaten your Christmas tree? Today, I'm featuring the "healthy"  option Christmas tree, created from fresh fruit or vegetables . As I read somewhere,  enjoy "sustainable cuisine" this Christmas - really?   I'm not sure that phrase will become part of my Christmas  vocabulary but I admit these trees do look fantastic  - yes, good enough to eat.

These little carrot trees pictured  at the top of this post are my favourites amongst the edible Christmas trees. Here's a video to show you how to make them.

Of course, I understand that vegan offerings may not be a crowd pleaser in your household so I  found some other options....

And then of course, there's always the compromise tree - fruit and chocolate !
