  Since 2 August, I have dedicated  about 30 minutes to an hour each day to complete a stitching meditation. I have been focussing on the colours in my garden.... yellow has been predominant. Today my sister-in-law had an operation on her pelvis. Before going to the hospital, we were talking about her friend who told her that she needed to think “yellow” as a special healing colour.
